Amanda Krasnoff

Talent Acquisition Specialist

After working in education for many years, Amanda began her HR career as the Director of Staffing at a premier residential camp in Western, MA. While there, Amanda was responsible for recruiting, staffing, and training. She worked with international agencies to source staff from all over the world. In addition to her expertise in recruitment, Amanda is also skilled in employee relations, onboarding and employee engagement. Amanda earned an M.A. in School Counseling from Manhattan College and a B.A. in Sociology from Boston University.

Founded by 35-year HR veteran David Lewis in 2001, OperationsInc has grown to more than 150 HR and Payroll professionals.
