Amanda Presseau serves as an HR Business Partner for OperationsInc. She brings over 16 years of HR experience to the OI Team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Amanda worked for a leading health services and innovation company where she counseled and guided managers in all areas of human resources such as employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures, disciplinary action, and termination practices. Amanda brings a broad HR background to the Team. Amanda earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Salve Regina University.

Founded by 35-year HR veteran David Lewis in 2001, OperationsInc has grown to more than 150 HR and Payroll professionals.
