Cherie Adami

Manager, Internal Human Resources

Cherie Adami serves as OperationsInc’s Manager, Internal Human Resources. With over 20 years of diverse HR Business Partner experience, Cherie is a subject matter expert in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, staff development, employee relations, policy development, mediation, and compliance. In Cherie’s current role, she leads the firm’s internal HR related efforts, both strategic and tactical.

Cherie began her career as a Benefits Coordinator for the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services. From there, she moved to Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C., where she served as a Human Resources Coordinator supporting the 400 person law firm’s administrative HR needs. Thereafter, Cherie worked within the technology and research space, including time spent as an HR Manager for the Research Institute of America.

From 2004 to 2012 Cherie was a Human Resources Consultant at OperationsInc, supporting a wide range of clients of varying size and industry. Cherie then spent seven years with Media Horizons, Inc., where she worked as a Human Resources Manager until 2019.

Cherie earned a B.S. in Business Studies from The State University College at Buffalo and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Mercy College.
