Manager, Customer Success

Christina Martinelli serves as an OperationsInc Manager, Customer Success, providing critical support to the organization’s customer success and business development groups. She was promoted from Customer Success Associate to Customer Success Manager in May 2021 as a result of our company growth and a need for person to handle new client relationships.

Christina began her career as an Account Manager with APR Consulting, Inc., where she built relationships with new clients and the firm’s existing customer base. She then moved on to join Canine Company as an Inside Sales Specialist.

Most recently, Christina served as a Small Business District Manager for human capital management giant ADP, establishing and maintaining client relationships and connecting customers with products best suited to fit the needs of their growing businesses.

Christina earned a B.S. from Kansas State University, where she was a member of their Division I Equestrian Team.

What do you like best about working at OI?

"I really enjoy getting to interact with so many people every day. I am regularly engaging with our clients and multiple divisions within OI which I also really love. "

What is your favorite memory from your OI career so far?

“ My favorite memory at OI would have to be my first CS team dinner. It was the first time I was able to meet most of my teammates in person after working remotely and only seeing them on Teams calls for over a year!"

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

“I spend most of my spare time at the barn and travel all over the US to compete in hunter/jumper horse shows.”
