HR Generalist

Crystal Cambareri serves as an HR Generalist for OperationsInc and has over 11 years of diverse HR, payroll, and recruiting experience. She is a subject matter expert in the areas of employee relations, HR administration, assessments, HRIS Implementations, on-boarding, and staff management.

Crystal began her HR career at New York City-based Rakuten Marketing LLC, where she spent two years as a Human Resources Coordinator and an additional eight years as a Human Resources Generalist. During her tenure, Crystal led HR technology implementations, open enrollment, employee wellness programs, and the firm’s recruiting and onboarding efforts for both the US offices and those in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Crystal then moved to retailer The Shade Store, where she worked for several years as a Human Resources Manager. There, she monitored and administered leaves of absence, managed payroll, designed and implemented new hire onboarding processes, managed employee relations issues, and trained members of the HR team.

As an OperationsInc HR Generalist, Crystal provides a wide range of high-level HR-related support to clients in a diverse range of industries. Crystal earned a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University.
