Deb Gaudette serves as OperationsInc’s Manager, Payroll & HRIS Technology Services. She brings over 30 years’ experience working for a major Human Capital Management firm, where she managed a team of senior Account Managers. Deb has experience in process and payroll system implementations, business consulting, and training development and facilitation. Currently, Deb serves as an escalation point for payroll clients and co-leads the payroll consulting team.

Deb earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in both Political Science and Music from Northeastern University.
