Prior to joining OperationsInc, Dianna worked as a Senior Recruiter for a Staffing and Recruiting firm providing full-service technical professional and executive recruitment services for large, medium and small companies throughout the United States. Dianna managed full-cycle recruitment processes and ensured open communication and transparency with clients and candidates. She also prepared qualified candidates for phone, video, and in-person interviews. Dianna Partnered with hiring managers, human resources, and internal team to prioritize open searches and generate consistent candidate pipelines. She excelled in pursuing partnerships with innovative tech-driven companies and attracting top candidates for the job that also aligned with the company culture.
Dianna Borow-DePonto earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Political Science from Lynchburg College. She also earned her Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Pace University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
