Dina Morin

Payroll & HRIS Technology Manager

Dina Morin is an OperationsInc Payroll & HRIS Technology Manager with more than 15 years of diverse payroll-related experience. Her areas of subject matter expertise include payroll management, payroll procedural development, payroll audits, and implementations.

Dina began her payroll career at Corinthian Manufacturing, Inc. as an Accounts / Payroll Supervisor. From there, she moved on to join Berkeley College, holding several positions and ultimately serving as a Payroll Manager. In these roles, Dina processed payroll for more than 1,700 employees, documenting procedures, and identifying strategies and tactics to improve internal controls and gain additional efficiencies.

Immediately prior to joining OperationsInc, Dina served as a Payroll Manager at Drew University, processing payroll for more than 1,100 employees and overseeing the day-to-day payroll function, including benefits, third-party sick pay, and computing pay in accordance with the FLSA. She also played a critical role in interpreting and implementing government rules and regulations related to COVID-19 legislative guidance.

In her role at OperationsInc, Dina provides high-level, diverse payroll support for a wide range of clients, including payroll administration and management, payroll audits, and technology implementations.

Dina earned a B.S from Farleigh Dickinson University, is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), and is a member of the American Payroll Association.
