Faye Mylen

HR Business Partner

Faye Mylen is an OperationsInc HR Business Partner with more than 14 years of diverse experience across a wide variety of HR functional areas. She provides clients with both short and long-term human resources consulting support, including managing the complete employee lifecycle and administering benefit programs.

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Faye led HR departments in the tech and hospitality industries, both internationally and domestically. She began her career at investment firm Seligman Henderson, where she supported the human resources department as a Human Resources Specialist before moving to cosmetics company Natural Sea Beauty.

Faye then served as the Director of Human Resources at HEI Hotels, Inc., technology solutions company Docustar Documentation Services, Ltd., and educational technology company 4GL School Solutions, Inc.

Faye also founded and led the HR recruiting firm The Search Recruiting Agency, where she expanded the company on an annual basis by developing and growing new relationships with clients.

Faye earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Syracuse University. She has also earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
