Jacquelyn Spezzano serves as a Payroll & HRIS Technology / HR Specialist, bringing over 12 years of payroll and HR experience to the OperationsInc team. Currently, Jacquelyn provides HR and payroll consulting and administration for small to mid-sized firms, processes payroll, and serves as a benefits and 401k administrator for clients. She also maintains employee files, coordinates end to end payroll administration using various platforms, and conducts exit interviews as needed. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jacquelyn acted as benefits administrator for a medical supply firm, and as a bookkeeper for a large landscaping company. She has also held positions in accounting firms and exterior design companies.

Jacquelyn earned an A.S. in Accounting from Norwalk Community College.
