Training Manager/HR Business Partner

Jaclyn Zires is a Training Manager/HR Business Partner bringing over 14 years of experience in many areas of HR. She is a bilingual trainer, providing OperationsInc training sessions in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jaclyn was the VP of Investment Management HR Business Partner for an American multinational investment bank and financial services company with more than 60,000 employees in more than 42 countries where she addressed HR needs for about 600 global employees. In her role, Jaclyn partnered with leaders, including Managing Directors, to advise on topics such as campus/lateral recruiting, diversity, compensation (including deferred and carried interest), promotions, performance management, return to work and talent strategies. She acted as point of contact for broader organizational topics such as payroll, benefits and COVID-related issues. Jaclyn lead investigations to address employee relations issues and make associated recommendations. She co-led planning strategy and execution for high-potential female development programs.

Jaclyn Zires earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors. She also studied abroad at Università di Pisa (Italy) in 2001 and at Fundación Ortega y Gasset (Buenos Aires, Argentina) in 2003. Jaclyn also earned a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Duke University in NC.
