Manager, Customer Success
Jenelle Steele serves as a Manager, Customer Success at OperationsInc. In this role, she supports relationship management initiatives and works closely with sales leadership to develop reporting and analytic strategies.
Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jenelle worked for an early stage technology startup based in Stamford, CT, where she played an integral role in designing and implementing the organization’s sales processes while defining customer profiles and personas. Jenelle also worked for Fitch Ratings in an Account Management and Business Development support role.
Jenelle earned a B.A. in Sociology from Boston College.
Jenelle is extremely active in her local community. She serves on the board of the Village Initiative Project, a nonprofit organization based in Bridgeport, CT whose mission is to clear a path for underserved area students to attend college. In this role, Jenelle meets with students and staff on a weekly basis for workshops and seminars and serves as a chaperone for college tours and other activities.
Outside of her work for OperationsInc and other philanthropic efforts, Jenelle also enjoys shopping and reading. An avid cook, she often spends time cooking for family and friends. She resides with her family in Bridgeport, CT.
