HR Business Partner

Jennifer Williams brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience to the OperationsInc team, and serves as an HR Business Partner.

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jennifer managed payroll and recruitment for a non-profit organization The Tracy Art Center as a Program Administrator, as well as managed payroll and HR for a medical education company The France Foundation as a Human Resources Manager. Jennifer has also served as Director, Human Resources for business services firm RS1W, INC, where she created and directed all facets of the group’s Human Resources department.

In Jennifer’s current role, she provides support to multiple clients in various industries including advertising, consumer products, and entertainment.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Colorado/Denver. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
