Jill Caruso

Director, HR Consulting 

Jill Caruso is the Director of HR Consulting at OperationsInc, managing the HR Consulting Team and working at the senior level with clients. Jill joined OI in 2019 and served as the Senior HR Business Partner. With over 25 years of experience, Jill has supported clients in a variety of industries including catering, consumer goods, financial services, marketing, software, and nonprofits. Her specialty includes HR Consultation and Strategy, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design and Development, Employee Relations, and Management Coaching.

Prior to joining OI, Jill was VP of Human Resources at Thomson Reuters, Tax & Accounting, leading HR functions and all strategic HR activity for two business segments. She began her career at Cartus providing HR support including employee relations, consulting, and organizational development.

Jill earned a B.S. in Sociology from Gettysburg College, and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Manhattanville College. She was the recipient of the OI Employee Excellent Award in 2020.
