Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist
Kimberly Warthen is an OperationsInc Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist with 15 years of diverse payroll and technology related experience. Her areas of subject matter expertise include payroll administration and management, employee relations and support, and process development and improvements.
Kimberly began her payroll career as a Payroll Coordinator at Saia Motor Freight, administering weekly and semi-monthly payroll for more than 1,500 employees, including processing employee deductions, garnishments and court orders, and preparing unemployment filings.
She then moved on to join Oasis Outsourcing, where she spent five years as a Sr. Payroll Implementation Specialist. There, she managed payroll operations for a wide range of clients, including managing onboarding and open enrollment, processing payroll, and providing project management and oversight for many client projects. She also managed employee updates and changes, including payroll deductions, tax form preparation, and garnishments.
Kimberley then joined SmartBooks Corp. as a Sr. Payroll Specialist, where she processed payroll for more than 70 clients during her tenure. She served as a subject matter expert in support of her diverse client base and in partnership with her client’s HR teams.
At OperationsInc, Kimberley supports clients of all sizes and industry across the U.S, managing payroll processing and administration, reporting, implementations, and technology optimizations.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from ITT Technical Institute, and is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
