Talent Acquisition Specialist
Lauren Booth serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at OperationsInc, bringing 10 years of executive level recruiting experience to the team. Her areas of expertise include recruiting strategy and candidate sourcing and screening, and she has spent much of her career specializing in the legal and financial services space.
Lauren began her career working from the Manhattan offices of Goldman Sachs until 2002, when she moved to the financial firm’s San Francisco offices. She spent her final two years at Goldman recruiting and training MBA graduates for the investment management division of the company.
Thereafter, Lauren joined New York City-based Conduit Recruiting Corp., where she spent eight years. There, she recruited senior level candidates for legal, investment banking, in-house and non-legal positions. Her main focus was placing senior level attorneys at law firms, investment banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms. She also negotiated offers of employment, made hiring recommendations, and educated her clients on hiring best practices.
In her role at OperationsInc, Lauren supports clients in a diverse range of industries, serving as a true partner to ensure these clients find and hire the best candidates available.
Lauren earned a B.A. in International Relations and French from Lehigh University. She is extremely involved in her community, where she has volunteered for Homes with Hope, Project Return, and Westport Human Services. She has also completed the New York City Marathon three times.
