Lauren Steese

Lauren Steese is a Director of Customer Success at OperationsInc. She is a dynamic customer champion, with a true passion for cultivating relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. Lauren prides herself on providing individualized attention, support, and advocacy to each and every one of her clients.

Throughout her career, Lauren has always held a client-facing position in industries such as Advertising, Media Planning, Event Planning, Sales, and Recruiting. In addition, she successfully ran her own recruiting company from 2015-2019. Lauren earned her B.S. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.

Lauren is active in her local community and served for 7 years in a leadership role within the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County. She also volunteers regularly helping to feed the hungry and provide essential items to food pantries and homeless shelters. In addition, Lauren is fortunate to have been selected as the chair of the Community Service Club at OperationsInc and spearheads many internal volunteer initiatives for both the club members and the organization as a whole. On top of her work with both OperationsInc and local charities, Lauren is a busy mom to two boys and a sweet King Charles Cavalier.
