Manager, Customer Success
Lauren Steese is a Manager, Customer Success at OperationsInc. She has extremely diverse and expansive experience in both the recruiting and sales space.
Lauren began her recruiting career in 2006, serving as a Staffing Manager at a Fairfield County-based recruiting agency. There, her focus was within the Financial Services division, filling finance and accounting roles.
Thereafter, Lauren spent several years supporting the accounting function for several area businesses. In 2015, she returned to the recruiting space when she joined Bridge Search Associates as Senior Executive Recruiter / Business Development. In this role, Lauren met with clients to determine hiring needs and build candidate pipelines. She was also responsible for engaging new business prospects.
From there, Lauren launched LB Executive Recruiting, which she successfully ran until 2019. She has extensive experience partnering with clients to understand their hiring goals, and then finding candidates to meet those needs. Lauren has filled numerous roles in functional areas including accounting, finance, HR, recruiting, sales, marketing and administration.
Lauren earned a B.S. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
Lauren is active in her local community and served for 7 years in a leadership role within the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County. She also serves meals weekly at the local soup kitchen in Fairfield, CT. In addition to her work with both OI and with local charities, Lauren is a busy mom to two boys and a sweet King Charles Cavalier.
