VP, Training & Development Services 

As VP of Training and Development Services, Lisa Johnson delivers highly effective training programs to a variety of clients in sexual harassment prevention and awareness, diversity and sensitivity, professional and leadership development, delivering feedback, email etiquette, performance management, and management training programs. She also manages and mentors facilitators who deliver training. Lisa joined OperationsInc in 2012 and has more than 30+ years of experience overall.

Prior to joining OI, Lisa worked for Cablevision for 18 years and was responsible for the training function and instructional design in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area, where she focused on new hire onboarding training, customer service skills training, and leadership training for all divisions.

Lisa earned a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University New York College at Oneonta.

What is your favorite memory from your OI career so far?

"I was on CNN during the height of the “Me Too” movement discussing OI’s Harassment Awareness and Prevention Training efforts."

What do you like best about working at OI?

I like the variety, the ability to work with different clients in different industries. Every new client is an adventure. I get to learn about their history, culture, and leadership style.
