Malaika Lynch is Talent Acquisition Specialist bringing over 8 years of recruiting, consulting, and talent acquisition experience to OperationsInc.  

She began her career as a manager for Bebe where she developed and coordinated training programs for new hires, recruited, interviewed, and hired new Bebe associates, and served as a mentor for store associates enrolled in the Bebe NextLevel Management Program.  

Malaika then joined Maxim Healthcare Services as a healthcare recruiter, negotiating sales and conditions of employment with candidates to meet and exceed margin goals, and was responsible for recruiting and staffing home healthcare cases over an 18-month period.  

In 2019, Malaika served as a senior client services consultant for RightSourcing, Inc., handling first line escalations and problem resolutions, identified and resolved employee relation issues, and facilitated meetings and discussions with client hiring managers.  

Her career then took her to Randstad USA as a staff manager, where she built, managed, qualified, and maintained a database of clients and prospects, sold staffing services and fostered consultative relationships and increased business with clients.  

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Malaika developed and implemented sourcing and recruiting strategies as a talent acquisitions specialist for Qiagen. Her work involved identifying and attracting qualified candidates, including the management of recruitment agencies, and developed relationships with local talent sources to create candidate pipelines.  

Malaika served in the United States Air Force as a medical material craftsman (logistics) for 10 years. During her military service, she coordinated internal operations for medical equipment maintenance activity, monitored coordination of support by base activities, supervised transportation of materials, analyzed internal processes to recommend or implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations such as supply changes, and managed the preparation and maintenance of manual and mechanized medical material records.  

A resident of Germantown, MD, Malaika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and a Master of Science degree in Public Health Administration from Kennesaw State University.
