Matthew Merritt

Associate, Customer Success

Matthew Merritt serves as an OperationsInc Customer Success Associate and is a key member of the group’s Business Development Support Team.

With several years of sales and customer service experience, Matthew supports the team by managing new business leads, proposals, and service agreements while providing overall support to the senior team members.

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Matthew worked for AvalonBay Communities, where he served various properties throughout the Fairfield County area, providing sales and customer service support.

Matthew earned a B.B.A. in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University.

Matthew is a lifelong soccer player and plays on multiple teams with friends and family in the greater Danbury area. He also loves to travel, has visited several countries throughout South America, and plans on seeing many other places around the world.
