Sr. Compensation Manager

Maureen Knowles is OperationsInc’s Sr. Compensation Manager, bringing over 15 years of diverse HR and Compensation experience to the team. Her experience spans both consulting and corporate environments, and she is considered a subject matter in the areas of Compensation Strategy and Design.

Prior to joining OperationsInc, Maureen served as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Pearl Meyer & Partners. Maureen also was an HR / Compensation Consultant at global retailer J. Crew, where she worked alongside the SVP of HR and the President & Chief Administrative Officer. She has also worked closely with numerous boards and management teams to design executive compensation plans for small, privately held businesses and larger publicity-traded corporations.

In her current role, Maureen specializes in executive compensation, broad-based compensation, incentive plan design, key employee retention programs, succession planning, employment contracts, and talent analytics.

Maureen graduated cum laude from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics.
