What do you like best about working at OI?

"Being a part of a company that is full of HR people is a unique opportunity. Normally, HR people are a little island in their firm, but at OI, we’re all HR people, and have aligned goals and objectives for our company and our clients."

What are you passionate about?

I’m passionate about doing the right thing for the community whether that’s our company, our clients, my town, our country, or the environment. I believe in taking care of others and being kind."

What makes you unique in your profession?

Most of my career I’ve spent as a HR professional, and only in the past five years have I transitioned to Customer Success. At heart, I’m a HR person and bring that unique background to my Customer Success role.
