Talent Acquisition Consultant
Michelle Kolev brings over 20 years of recruitment and placement experience to the OperationsInc team and serves as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Michelle worked as the U.S. director of a global recruitment company, and has also served as the director of recruitment and staffing at a summer camp. Currently, Michelle supports clients across a wide variety of industries sourcing candidates and conducting pre-hire testing.
Michelle earned a M.S. in Non-Profit Management from the New School University and a B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
