Nancy Loaiza is one of OperationsInc’s Sr. Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialists. With over 25 years of diverse and high-level payroll and HRIS experience, Nancy’s areas of expertise include payroll management, process and procedural development, data analytics, year-end management, and technology optimization and management.

Nancy spent her early career as a Payroll Administrator at a number of New York City-based organizations, including Kaye Insurance Associates, Council of International Educational Exchange, and The A Consulting Team. In these roles, Nancy processed multi-state payrolls, streamlined procedures, oversaw employee timesheet processes, and registered new out of state offices with the Department of Treasury and Department of Labor.

From there, Nancy joined Credit Agricole CIB, where she served as a member of the payroll division for 17 years. Here, Nancy processed complex multi-state payroll and expatriate pay for more than 900 employees, assessed payroll processes to improve efficiencies and reduce human and system errors, and provided high level support to employees and managers. She also provided support to internal and external auditors as needed and managed the group’s HRIS technology system.

Nancy now supports a diverse range of clients of varying size and industry managing their payroll and HRIS systems and processes.

Nancy earned a B.A. from Pace University.
