Talent Acquisition Specialist
Rachel Ehrlich is an OperationsInc Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in building positive relationships through a variety of organizational levels. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Rachel was a Human Resources Generalist for Bridgewater Associates, LP/Genpact where she directed day-to-day HR operations, managed people strategies and guided managers through performance and change management initiatives.
She was a key member of the HR team at Artemis involved in the daily operation of recruiting and onboarding. She partnered with clients to fill job openings and wrote job descriptions and helped develop a start-up firm, HRBoutique Executive Searchfirm, and served as a Recruiting Associate.
As a Human Resources Generalist at VirtualHealth in New York City, Rachel was involved in the daily operations of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, exit interviews, and employee activities. In addition, she connected with recruiting agencies to fill job openings, wrote job descriptions and handled terminations. Earlier in her career, Rachel was the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Brynwood Partners, where she managed diversified administrative and support duties, worked closely with investment professionals, administered, and managed the HR database, general HR queries, and improved employee manuals.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Sacred Heart University.
