Shalini Hingorani serves as a Sr. Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist at OperationsInc, bringing 10+ years of payroll experience to the OI Team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Shalini led the implementation of Health Savings Accounts (HSA), processed Year-end W-2 and multi-state taxes for 500+ employees, stayed up-to-date on payroll laws of all 50 states and was a knowledgeable go-to resource for executives on payroll matters. Shalini  processed payrolls for large and complex client facing operations. She also processed multi-state payrolls. Shalini brings experience in UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise V4.0/5.0, ADP Reporting, Report Smith and QuickBooks.

Shalini Hingorani earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Business Management from the University of Mumbai. Shalini is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and holds the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
