Terri Schmidt is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, with over 20 years of talent acquisition experience.
Early in her career, Terri studied and worked internationally. She worked at Gartner for 15+ years developing their global sales team and distributor network as Senior Director, Business Development and Sales Operations.
Terri then moved to retained search while working with Heidrick & Struggles as a Global Knowledge Manager, supporting clients in their search for top talent across the globe.
As a member of the OperationsInc Talent Acquisition Team, Terri is a strategic partner for clients across various industries and functional areas. She works with clients to develop successful search strategies while providing full lifecycle recruiting throughout the organization.
Terri has a Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University and is bilingual.
She lives in Fairfield County, CT with her husband.
