HR Business Partner
Tiffany Shannon serves as an HR Business Partner for OperationsInc and brings over 7+ years of professional HR experience to the OI Team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Tiffany worked for the largest and most trusted telehealth provider for K-12 schools where she provided full spectrum HR support to a team of 60, including the c-suite. Tiffany handled internal investigations, employee relations and disciplinary matters as well as workers comp, on- and offboarding. She developed HR initiatives and automated solutions that improved productivity, growth and employee engagement. She has extensive experience in directing HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and policy design. Tiffany brings a broad and strong HR background to the OI Team.
Tiffany Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Franklin University and is the Co-Chair of the African American Network Community Service Committee. She is also a member of the Healthcare Business Woman’s Association. Tiffany was the American Heart Walk Team Captain in 2017 and 2018.
