2016 EEO-1 Survey Notification Letters
Notification letters have been sent by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) alerting relevant employers that the 2016 EEO-1 survey is now open. Private employers with more than 100 employees, as well as certain federal government contractors, are required by federal law to submit the survey, which is due September 30, 2016. If an employer who falls into the above categories and/or who submitted a 2015 EEO-1 survey has not received the notification letter by August 15, 2016, he or she should contact the EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee immediately.
