An increasing amount of companies have been creating new solutions for parents to either bring their children to work or have longer maternity and paternity leaves – the latest of these being Netflix, which told employees to “take as much time as they want.” looked at the perks several major companies are providing parents, including in-office nurseries, in this recent article, which features quotes from OperationsInc CEO David Lewis.
