The New Jersey Gender Equity Notice, which is required to be posted by New Jersey employers who have a total of 50 employees or more (inside and outside of New Jersey) and to be distributed in writing to employees, is now accompanied by an acknowledgement of receipt for the notice. Employers are required to provide employees with a written copy of the gender equity notice by February 5, 2014, along with an acknowledgement receipt which employees have 30 days to sign and return to the employer. The New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development has released the acknowledgement form and it can be found on their website in both English and Spanish.
