Ford Agrees to Pay Up to $10M to Settle EEOC Lawsuit Over Plant Harassment Allegations

Crain’s Chicago reports that during its investigation, the EEOC found evidence of racial and sexual harassment at two Chicago area plants. As part of the settlement, Ford has also agreed to provide employees with harassment prevention and awareness training.
