Harnessing Generation Z’s Unique Skills
AllBusiness has released a list of ways employers can adapt training methods to Generation Z’s work style to benefit both the employees and the company.
This includes the implementing skills-oriented training courses as well as conducting interactive group training sessions.
According to AllBusiness, Generation Z desires challenging and meaningful work:
“Unlike the millennials’ reputation for expecting an award for everything, Gen Zers are willing to work hard for less. They do expect companies to be loyal to them, but they also want immediate feedback on their performance”.
