How to Implement New Employee Surveys

Securing employee feedback is a desire of most employers. The questions are many, in terms of what we want to know and then what we do when we know it. In short, if you are going to ask your employees about their opinions and ideas, you have to anticipate the possible and probable answers and then have a plan for responding. Asking if they think they have enough time off and then not giving them more when they overwhelmingly say “we don’t” takes the positives in surveying and turns them into a disaster. Bottom line – think it all through before you execute.
