Proposed EEO-1 Report Changes
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced proposed changes to its EEO-1 report last week. The proposed changes will impact employers with over 100 employees, requiring them to submit data to both the EEOC and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs including pay data broken down by gender, race, and ethnicity. The new reporting requirement is being proposed as an added measure to address wage gaps and recognize pay disparities.
