As a result the period between Thanksgiving and New Years is spent educating employees on their choices. In order to educate your employees on how to get the most out of the offerings you provide, you should consider some additional education in January. When things having calmed down a bit after the year end rush, not to mention having far fewer people out due to vacation, January gives you a great backdrop to run educational meetings, send daily informative emails, and run “open houses” in HR.
