Updates Made to Federal Labor Law Posters

Effective August 1, 2016 employers are responsible for posting two newly updated Federal labor law posters. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Minimum Wage Poster has been updated to reflect changes including information pertaining to the rights of nursing mothers and information relating to tip credits. The Federal Employee Polygraph Protection Act Poster has also been updated, and reflects changes to the Department of Labor’s contact information.
