Elissa Biegen serves as OperationsInc’s VP, HR Consulting, bringing over 30 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, she managed the Human Resources function in small to mid-size companies in industries including healthcare, marketing, and financial services. Currently, Elissa co-leads the HR Consulting and Support team, serving as an escalation point for HR clients. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development. She also leads the Training & Development team.

Lindsay Peress
VP, HR Consulting

Lindsay Peress is OperationsInc’s VP, HR Consulting. She has over 15 years of HR experience in areas such as employee handbook development, HR administration, and organizational development. Lindsay previously worked for businesses in the publishing and marketing industries, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs. Currently, she supports clients in a variety of industries and co-leads the HR Consulting and Support team.

HR Manager

Holly Baumgartner acts as HR Manager for OperationsInc, bringing 8 years of HR and recruiting experience to the team. Holly serves as a team lead for the HR Consulting team, and as a resource and mentor for junior employees and new team members. She also supports clients in a variety of industries including Education, Financial Services, Gaming, and Retail in areas including policy and procedure reviews and updates, employee relations issues, and job description development. Crystal Cambareri is one of OperationsInc’s HR Generalists, bringing almost 11 years of HR, payroll, and recruiting experience to the firm. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Crystal worked for corporate, retail, and start-up companies, where she coordinated open enrollment plans, addressed employee issues, and trained and guided team members on HR processes. Jill Caruso serves as a Sr. HR Business Partner for OperationsInc, bringing 20 years of HR experience to the team. Jill serves as a team lead for the HR Consulting team. Maureen Cunningham serves as an HR Generalist with over 16 years of experience in a variety of HR functional areas. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Maureen worked in the broadcasting, insurance, and finance industries, where she managed all aspects of the employment process. Currently, Maureen supports clients in a wide range of industries including advertising, chemicals, and real estate. Mollie Geiger
HR Specialist

Mollie Geiger is an HR Specialist, bringing several years of diverse human resources and recruiting experience to the OperatiosnInc team. She then moved on to join staffing agency Aquinas Consulting as a Sourcing Specialist, where she assisted clients with candidate search efforts, candidate interview coordination and prep, and tracking and reporting. In Mollie’s current role, she supports a diverse range of clients of varying size and industry, including those in the CPG, financial services, marketing, biotech and pharma, and non-profit space.

Christopher Gleave supports OperationsInc’s training and HR departments as an HR Specialist. As an HR Business Partner for OperationsInc, Karen Gray supports a diverse range of clients from a wide variety of industries. With over 21 years of experience, she provides clients with short and long-term HR consulting in areas including payroll administration, full employee life-cycle support, employee handbook development, policy and procedure development, and guidance on federal and state employment law compliance. With over 17 years of HR experience, Wendy Judge serves as an HR Business Partner for OperationsInc. Wendy previously held human resources positions in the education, gaming, publishing, and healthcare industries.
