Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jeff worked as a senior implementation leader for a major payroll / HCM company, providing project management, payroll implementation services, and client support. Currently, Jeff directs OperationsInc’s payroll services team, serving as an escalation point for the firm’s payroll specialists. He also provides payroll consulting services to businesses of all sizes.

Deb Gaudette serves as OperationsInc’s Manager, Payroll & HRIS Technology Services. She brings over 30 years’ experience working for a major Human Capital Management firm, where she managed a team of senior Account Managers. Deb has experience in process and payroll system implementations, business consulting, and training development and facilitation. Ellen Stahl is an OperationsInc Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist. As a Certified Payroll Professional with more than 10 years of experience, her areas of specialty include multi-state payrolls, payroll calculations, tax, compliance, employee benefits, general ledger, and payroll-related reporting. Ellen began her career as a Client Service Representative at ADP, assisting client employees with open enrollment, administering COBRA accounts, and working on special projects. After five years in this role, she moved on to join Iowa-based Merit Resources (now Aureon) where she served for several years as a Payroll Specialist supporting clients with payroll processing, managing employee data, and producing payroll reports.
