Norwalk, CT. [December 11, 2015] OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com), a Norwalk-based human resources consulting and outsourcing provider, has announced the newest addition to their growing Affordable Care Act consulting division, Bonnie Maya. Maya will join the firm as an HR Generalist, and assist clients in a variety of different industries with support surrounding compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Maya’s initial work will be assisting clients with ACA Reporting Services and 1094/ 1095 form completion.

“We estimate that the amount of hours needed to properly address ACA requirements plus year end employee benefit related activities will be two to three times what businesses have budgeted for in years past,” said OperationsInc CEO, David Lewis. “Great, new hires like Bonnie are ones that are driven by this need felt by our clients.”

Maya will also be supporting clients with other HR related needs.

Maya earned a B.A. in Human Services from Elon University, and is currently earning an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
