A resident of New Haven, Gaudette joins the company as Manager, Payroll Services, bringing over 30 years of experience to the firm.

Priori to joining OperationsInc, Gaudette worked for a major Human Capital Management firm, where she managed a team of senior Account Managers. As Manager, Payroll Services, she will serve as an escalation point for payroll clients and will co-lead the payroll consulting team.
Gaudette earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in both Political Science and Music from Northeastern University.
