The Norwalk-based consultancy provides HR, Payroll & HRIS Technology, Recruiting, and Employee Training services to over 1,800 clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.

HR Consulting Team Promotions:
Faye Mylen is an OperationsInc HR Business Partner with more than 14 years of diverse experience across a wide range of HR functional areas. She provides clients with strategic HR support, serving as a trusted adviser supplying guidance and advice tied to complex HR issues.
Prior to joining OperationsInc, Mylen led HR departments in the tech and hospitality industries, both internationally and domestically.
Mylen earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Syracuse University. She has also earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Calen Wilk is an HR Generalist, bringing over 3 years of diverse HR experience to the OperationsInc team. Her areas of expertise include employee leave administration and management, audit preparations, new hire onboarding, database management, HR administration, and termination process administration.
In Wilk’s new role, she provides support to clients within a variety of industries including financial services, food and beverage, insurance, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining the OperationsInc HR Consulting division, Wilk spent several years supporting both the firm’s marketing and business development groups.
Wilk earned a B.A. with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Western Connecticut State University.
Chris Gleave is an HR Specialist for OperationsInc. His areas of specialty include new employee onboarding, employee handbook reviews, employee leave administration, open enrollments, and HR administration.
Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Chris served as a Human Resources Intern for buildOn. There, he supported the non-profit’s HR Director and HR Coordinator by screening candidates, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel files.
Chris then was hired in a full-time capacity as an Interim Human Resources Coordinator, where he directly supported the VP of HR.
Gleave earned a B.A. in Psychology from Drew University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University.
