Caruso brings over 20 years of high-level, diverse Human Resources experience with her to the growing firm.

Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Caruso provided strategic HR Business Partner support to business development, information technology, and finance business units in the mass media and real estate industries. As an HR Manager for OperationsInc, Caruso will provide clients with strategic guidance in areas including Employee Relations, Policy Development, HR Consultation and Strategy, Workforce Planning, and Organizational Design and Development.

Caruso earned a B.A. in Sociology from Gettysburg College, and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Manhattanville College.
