OperationsInc Continues Growth of HR Consulting Team with Addition of HR Generalist Faye Mylen


Norwalk, CT. [December 13, 2018] Norwalk, CT-based Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting firm OperationsInc ( has announced the newest addition to their growing team. Fairfield resident Faye Mylen joins the organization as an HR Generalist, providing support for clients in the financial services and hospitality industries.

“Faye is an excellent addition to our Human Resources Consulting team,” said OperationsInc CEO, David Lewis. “Her expertise will allow us to continue to grow our client base as we prepare for a busy 2019.”

Mylen will manage complete employee life-cycle needs for clients, including administering employee benefit programs. Prior to joining OperationsInc, she led Human Resources departments in the tech and hospitality industries, both internationally and domestically.

OperationsInc supports over 1,500 clients in all 50 states and internationally. The firm’s 24-person Human Resources Consulting division provides a variety of HR-related services including interim human resources support, HR audits, harassment investigations, and Affordable Care Act consulting.

Mylen earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Syracuse University. She has also earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
