The organization, which was founded as a one-person consultancy in 2001 by the group’s CEO David Lewis, has grown to employ more than 100 team members. While many clients are concentrated in the tri-state area, OperationsInc provides HR, payroll, recruiting, and employee training services to a base of 1,600 clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.

2019 was another year of great growth for OperationsInc. The HR consulting firm expanded its executive team to add several key roles and moved its office headquarters to MerrittView in Norwalk, CT to support an increased headcount.
