OperationsInc’s Angela McDermott to Take On New Role as VP, Operations & Administration

Norwalk, CT. [January 30, 2018] OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com), a leading Norwalk-based Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing firm, has announced the promotion of Angela McDermott to the position of Vice President, Operations and Administration. In this new role, McDermott, a resident of Trumbull, will oversee the company’s key strategic initiatives as well as continue to serve in a consulting capacity for the growing HR team.

McDermott’s promotion comes in the wake of great growth made by the organization in 2017. OperationsInc added fourteen new hires and promoted eight employees last year, as well as made significant expansions to their Compensation Consulting and Employee Training service lines.

The firm now supports a base of over 1,400 clients across the United States.

McDermott is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
