46% ARE STILL UNSURE WHAT THEY WILL BE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO INCREASES FOR YEAR-END 2009
Stamford, CT. [November 4, 2009] It is with great excitement that human resources consulting firm, OperationsInc (OI) and management consulting firm, Performance-Solutions-Group, Inc. (PSG), announce the results of their HR End of Year Survey — part of a series of HRcentric surveys relating to today’s workforce. 160 organizations in the Fairfield / NY Metro Area participated in this survey which focused on Year-End Compensation Plans in the workplace.
The key findings from our survey:
- 46% are still undecided on what they will be doing when it comes to increases for year end.
- 56% are leaning towards or have decided to give increases.
- 34% are leaning towards or have decided on no increases.
- 53% are leaning towards or have decided to give bonuses.
- 25% are leaning towards or have decided to give NO bonuses.
