Genesis (Gen) Cuevas is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on providing a diverse range of recruiting-focused support to the Talent Acquisition Team and to OperationsInc recruiting clients. Gen began her HR career as an intern with Catholic Charities in Albany, NY. There, she assisted in creating exit interview programs to gauge and assess employee experience and causation for employee resignations.
