She has delivered hundreds of courses in areas including sexual harassment prevention and awareness, diversity and sensitivity, professional development, leadership development, delivering feedback, email etiquette, performance management, and management training programs. In her professional training career, she has been successful in applying blended instructional design techniques and methodologies using multiple virtual and face to face delivery methods including e-learning, classroom-based workshops, simulations, and interactive webinars. Lisa’s work history includes managing the training functions for firms in the telecommunications and financial services industries.

Michelle Lopez serves as a Manager, HR / Training & Development, bringing over 25 years of experience to the team. Michelle is a former management employment lawyer and seasoned HR executive who has developed a unique and innovative approach to managing multiple facets of organized workplace challenges. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Michelle worked in the media, entertainment, and sports industries. She has also served as an on-air legal analyst on multiple high-profile legal matters.
Michelle earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Marjorie SchmittManager, HR / Training & Development
Marjorie Schmitt is a Manager, HR / Training & Development and brings over 20 years of diverse human resources and training experience to the OperationsInc team. Katie Travia brings over 16 years of experience to the OperationsInc team. She is an innovative and creative HR professional with experience in talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. She specializes in training program design, workshop facilitation, workforce planning, coaching and advice, employee relations investigations, and project management. Katie is certified in Conflict Management Training, and is also a certified DiSC facilitator.
