• Strategies to capitalize on each team member’s strengths while recognizing limitations in order to obtain an accurate overall assessment of the team.
• Methods to create a plan to recalibrate and rebuild to get the most from current strengths.
• Approaches to reduce the use of ineffective practices.
• Tactics to prepare a plan for ongoing team effectiveness.
